Every town's Clan Halls are free of owner, so free to bid for one on the next days!

In the future we will EMPTY the ownership of Clan Halls, every 2 months!
Reason: The high rate of Adena(s) on the server even in Clan's warehouses.
We have a lot of Clan leaders that banned or had to log in on the server since
the server's day of creation.
