I didnt know that PvP items are - No exchange/drop! There is no text about it on them!

So I bought Duals Hellblade*Hellblade with my char Kasha and wana give them to Kasandra.
...what can I do now?

I am able to transfer from the one char to another of yours.

This is the only option in that case.
